• Preliminary Study

In these studies, we identify opportunities for a company has to improve its operations with the scientific and technological support CIATEJ.  The result of these studies can be either a technical proposal with cost of services or a "Research and Development Project"..

• Traditional "Fee for Service”

Based on a technical and financial proposal agreed to by both parties, conduct a Services or Research and Development Project.

• "Technology Agreement”

This approach is recommended for either new or established companies that wish to develop a new business line, based on innovative products and processes.

• - CIATEJ brings its know-how achieved through prior work and the research and development experience of its researchers.
• - CIATEJ provides technical advice on the new process or product, from the pre-operational stage through commercial production.
• - The company makes a financial contribution to CIATEJ to cover the operating costs of the Research and Development Project.  After the start of commercial operations, the company makes a financial contribution to CIATEJ based on a percentage of the sales achieved through the new process or product for a defined period.
• - The company keeps investing heavily in both fixed assets and working capital and allocates resources to the development of the project.
